December 17th, 2012: Along The River

This morning a friend and I grabbed our cameras and headed out at 7am, it was still very dark, and the sun hadn't come up yet. We went downtown near the river first 2 a local bridge, it was lit up beautiful. We took pictures from both sides of the river. I had some fun playing around making the lights blurry too! Then we went further down the river to see the Canadian Geese, it was just to dark and so I didn't get any good pictures, had to brighten them all a lot. If you look close I think there is frost on the backs of the Canadian Geese. It was -7 Celsius / 19 Fahrenheit.

  2. Thank you Stacy! These Geese are smart, they are at the end of the river near the power plant and so the water is warmer! They seem to be here in the early mornings and late at night as the run is going down!
