November 28, 2014... Driving outside of the city

My friends Kiri and Carol and I went out driving around the outskirts of the city for 3 hours... we went about an hour and a half outside of the city and back... It was a beautiful day but roads were so slippery and it was bitter cold lol

Kiri taking pictures of a tumbleweed covered in hoar frost.

Carol taking pictures of the Canadian Geese on the river.

Me taking pictures of the geese flying. Picture taken by Kiri.

We saw a ton of Canadian Geese.

Hoar frost on all the trees and grass, fences, etc... so beautiful!

We saw a ton of snow buntings an hour and a half away from where I live. They are a first for me, never seen them before.

We saw 3 coyotes at 3 different times... they were running fast and I just barely caught this one, which is why its so blurry.

We saw 2 pronghorn antelopes an hour and a half away from where I live. They are a first for me, never seen them before.
